He was most recently with the New York Jets where he held the same position for the last two years. Before that, Glover was the Director of Player Programs for the Rams. During his playing career, Glover spent time with the Raiders, where he was drafted in the fifth-round back in 1996, as well as the New Orleans Saints (1997-01
